SimplexGrinnell’s Services organization includes over 1,700 NICET-Certified Technicians deployed across North America, with a fleet of over 4,500 Installation and Service vehicles. These are SimplexGrinnell employees and they comprise the largest private workforce of its kind in the Fire and Life-Safety industry.  

Our Technicians bring to your facilities exceptional training in the completion of all phases of Inspection, Testing and Maintenance. They also bring an all-important, up-to-date understanding of the local and national codes that apply to your systems. Their goal is to keep your equipment at peak performance, your facilities code-compliant. 

To accomplish this, SimplexGrinnell Technicians receive hands-on, in-house factory training on Fire and Life-Safety systems from all major manufacturers. Specialized training programs have been developed for our Sprinkler Inspectors through Oklahoma State University. They participate in our National Sprinkler Apprenticeship program, the first of its kind. Customer skills training, utilizing the expertise of Dale Carnegie and Associates reinforces a focus on positive, productive interactions.
