A variety of service offerings are available to help you keep your Simplex® Time Recorders and/or Time/Date Stamps operational.

Our On-site Full Coverage is an annual contract for our Consecutive™ and Centennial™ Time Recorders, as well as S-Series Time Stamps. It helps protect your investment and keep this critical equipment running efficiently with minimal downtime.

The Quick Xchange Depot program is available to owners of Simplex® 100, 125 and 125-O Time/Date Stamps and Simplex® 300 and 500 Time Recorders. Under this program you simply contact the SimplexGrinnell office nearest you and advise them of your problem. Our trained personnel will attempt to troubleshoot over the phone. If you require a replacement unit, it will be sent via overnight carrier.
