The CARE/COM® II-E Patient Communications System provides multiple options that meet your needs today and can expand with future growth. It combines two-way digital voice, tone signal, and emergency signaling with sophisticated features that simplify and enhance call handling.
The primary control point is the CARE/COM® II-E Nurse Control Station (NCS), which facilitates timely communication between patients and staff. While easy to operate, the NCS is equipped with the displays, controls and indicators needed to provide valuable information to your staff. The handset, speaker and microphone provide hands-free or private nurse-nurse and nurse-patient communication.
CARE/COM® II-E patient stations allow clear, two-way communication from the bedside to the NCS. For fast response and timely event and condition monitoring, patient stations can be interfaced to accept input from peripheral devices such as code blue stations, emergency stations and call origination devices.
Patients contact the NCS using call origination devices that are available with controls for operating TV and radio entertainment.
