SimplexGrinnell's Security Customer Training Center (SCTC), which augments the field-based training performed by our Integrated Security Systems Group professional services personnel, enables customers to get the most from their integrated security system. At the SCTC, the personnel who manage and oversee the administration of your system receive extensive training prior to system installation. This gives your people a high level of competence in system operation and ensures an effective system startup. This training complements the post-installation training.
Advanced training at the SCTC is especially valuable for large, integrated security system projects. After completing training, your staff is equipped to make many of the initial implementation decisions that precede system startup. Not only does this result in a timely startup, but it also means that critical facets of the implementation can move forward. For example, access badges can be designed, developed and produced so that they'll be available when needed, without delaying startup.
Another unique feature of our operation is that all training is fully customized. In fact, every class is designed around the individual customer's exact system configuration and specific security goals.
The state-of-the-art classroom at the SCTC, located in West Lake, Ohio, features four simulated command centers that duplicate the performance of the system you have purchased from SimplexGrinnell. Students work independently at their own individual station, meaning they get a 100% hands-on learning experience.
