As an expanded offering to our low-voltage systems, SimplexGrinnell installs, certifies and tests structured cabling. Now you can avoid the headaches of multi-contractor installations. Your building's cabling infrastructure as well as fire, security and communications systems are installed simultaneously, and thereafter maintained by SimplexGrinnell's outstanding field services organization.
SimplexGrinnell has BICSI®* - certified Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDDs) on staff in select district offices to assist in developing "total communications solutions" that integrate structured cabling, security, telephony and other building systems. Designing the infrastructure as a single, logically interconnected system eliminates duplicated materials and labor, reduces compatibility issues, and optimizes space utilization with shared pathways.
If you're still in the planning stage, we can recommend cable types, capacities and network topology that will meet today's needs and incorporate headroom for expansion.
Whether you require fiber-optic or UTP cabling, it is installed by proficient SimplexGrinnell technicians, trained and accredited by leading data communication equipment manufacturers. They also fully test the installed network and document conformance with ANSI/TIA/EIA installation standards and applicable codes.
